Team – Again, my parents spoil me to death and they buy the best fitness gifts. Here are a few things I got for Christmas this year that would be great for your Health Nut. Check out 2012 Christmas for some other health enthusiast gift ideas too. Mom is so good at what she does!!!
1. Bodum Ceylon Ice Tea Jug with Filter – $20+
This helps your health nut drink more water and get some flavors from their favorite fruits and vegetables. My favorite ingredients are Vanilla Bean, Mint, Cucumber and Lemons.
2. FILA SPORT® Avion 1/4-Zip Running Pullover – $30+
Fila is making a big comeback!! Their athletic gear is amazing. Great materials, fit, pockets for gadgets, finger slots and its all at an affordable price!! Kohls has a large selection of this throwback brand that I strongly recommend. I got a full outfit, but this top is my favorite piece.
3. Nike ID – My Favs: Nike Air Pegasus 30 ID – $130+
There is nothing better than letting someone customize their best friend on the road; shoes!
4. Nike FuelBand – $149
The Nike Fuelband tracks movement throughout your day. It’s fun to help someone stay on track. I wear mine 24/7 and I love to just check my progress after a bootcamp or step class. Feels rewarding!
5. A Massage Gift Card – Prices will vary
Each spa can customize the massage experience for each person. Sports person will get a deep tissue treatment while your yogi friend may get a relaxation massage. It’s such a great gift because a lot of the athletic people in my life would never take the time or money out of their busy schedule to splurge on a gift like this for personal use, but would appreciate a free one!
This gift list will cover your health nut from the inside out. Whether they just want to stay healthy with the infuser, run a lot with the shoes/fuelband/clothes or end a stressful workout/race with a massage … I promise that they’ll love each gift!
