Hi Team – This weekend was busy, busy, busy! Here are some pictures to help explain this crazy weekend.
Sometimes you just have to splurge! This Lavender Margarita hit the spot on Friday!
After my three classes on Saturday, Maggie and I had a great time out and about in Cincinnati.
Speaking of, downtown Cincinnati is beautiful! I stopped and snapped this picture on my way to brunch before the rain clouds covered up the blue skies.
I also drove home to Peebles for a family gathering today. Look at this little monster! This was his shark face.
Although the morning was sunny, the temperature was only 37 degrees. Rain moved into the city soon after brunch. I cannot wait for a clear Sunday to get my bike down and start riding. It’s the perfect way to start a week.
The rain didn’t stop me! Here’s a rainy day workout for you to try at home.
Complete the following 3x:
Use a timer and complete each round :10 quicker. If your time for round 1 is 2 minutes and 28 seconds, make sure round two is less than 2:08, and round three is 1:58 (or shoot for 1:48 Christine). It was quick, easy, and effective.
