Hi Team – This weekend I went through a full 2 hour CPR training. I had the option to just re-certify, but I wanted to learn the ins-and-outs of CPR because The American Heart Association’s Program delivers a dynamic message in hopes of saving lives.
Before attending training, I learned from the American Heart Associate’s website that 70% of Americans may feel helpless during a cardiac emergency because they either do not know how to correctly execute CPR or their training is outdated. An medical professional is just a phone call away, but what if you were at home with a family member? Would you be prepared to act quickly? Home is where 88 percent of cardiac arrests occur.
The Key is Check, Call and Care.
