Team – Yes, avocado fries. If I was stranded on an island and was allowed to have two things, it would be avocados and peanut butter. The peanut butter would keep me full and the avocados would keep me happy.

A friend mentioned this to me weeks ago and I had to try it! It was amazing with a grilled chicken salad.

Avocado Fries

Ingredients

  • Dairy Free Bread Crumbs
  • Avocados
  • Lime Juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°. Cut the avocados into slender slices. Drizzle the lime juice on the slices and light dip in bread crumbs. Bake on cookie sheet for 15-25 minutes.
