Last week was busy because I was prepping for my new duty, being an uncle…again!

Everyone was healthy and happy. We couldn’t ask for anything more special.
I had a full day of group fitness classes before all of this excitement. Abs and kickboxing were fun, but Bootcamp was the best. Here’s what I did in my class.
Bootcamp Baby!
30 seconds of exercise/10 seconds of rest.
Format: Take off an exercise each time the exercises are completed. (i.e. 1-10, 1-9, 1-8, 1-7, all the way to one exercise)
Simple, fun, challenging, and constant movement! Just the way we like it. I picked this format because some gyms have a lot of participants (20+) with a little bit of space. Large groups get confused easily if you ask them to move around a lot and time is wasted. I like to work hard for the entire hour!
